I wanted to let you know how beautiful the food was and how many people commented on it. Of course there was too much – I think the heat meant that people didn’t eat much, I wasn’t hungry at all which is not at all typical for me.
Anyway that is fine because we had a big group over for dinner, and now the kids have their lunches for the week all organised!
I don’t know what goes on in Auckland, a few of the Aucklanders took your cards too and were asking me if you’d cover Auckland. I said I wasn’t sure but it would certainly cost for the transport!
Anyway I suspect you may hear from them – the lady who works for the Zionist Federation and also represents the Union for Progressive Judaism took one of your cards too…
Will you e-mail an invoice, or just give it to me when I return all the platters and baskets etc. It may take a few days to get everything back to you because right now I don’t have enough containers to transfer everything to.

You and your team disappeared before I had a chance to thank you yesterday. I know it was a difficult setting for you to work it, but you did it with professionalism and penache.
The food was wonderful and plentiful, and the service just right - enough to get things done, but inobtrusive enough to not get in the way. Several people asked me who the caterers were and said things like, "Maggy's Catering - I'll have to use them myself some time." My Chinese friend (who comes from Sichuan - the home of the tastiest food in the world!) loved it, even the salads, although she doesn't usually eat raw vegetables. But probably the biggest compliment of the day came from my oldest son, who is a bit of a foodie. He said, "This is the first wedding I've been to - including my own - where I could truly say the food was magnificent." So, what else can I add to that? (Except: feel free to add any of the above comments to your website and/or CV...)
BTW, many people also commented on how much they enjoyed the dessert. So the idea worked!

Did not have very much left at the end..people kept going back for more which was just what I had wanted. The delivery was right on time too which sure helps with the blood pressure level when one is organising such an event!! I noticed a number of people took away one of your cards so hopefully you might just get that flow on effect.
